    Yin Yoga Teacher
Originally called Daoist Yoga, Yin Yoga is rooted in Chinese philosophy and strongly connected to Chinese Medicine. This style of Yoga often complements Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga, but it is distinct from itself. As we highlight the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water), the best way to practice Yin Yoga is by coordinating class themes with each element in relation to the season.
