This is a private six-month mentorship to write your spiritual memoir from the first page to the last. After completing the first draft, we’ll step away and then return to rewrite the second draft. Still, writing the first draft of an entire book takes a lot of self-discipline, commitment, and most of all, soul.
You will complete this program with the following:
A book title you’ll love
Chapter titles that outline a soulful journey
Highlights of the most transformational moments in your life
Weaving a series of life lessons throughout your story
A strong connection to the people you’ll mention in your memoir, and deciding on which to keep out
A clear consciousness about how much detail to share, while honoring the power of privacy
Sharing your authentic voice in an honest, wise, and compassionate way
One completed draft of the entire book, or two drafts if you’re able to “rewrite” during this six-month window
Stunning ideas for your book cover, back cover, and spine
Ideas for your interior page layout (visual illustration or classic text)
Information about the ins and outs of self-publishing, such as registering the ISBN, getting it into bookstores, and more.
It’s my honor to guide writers in the making of their first spiritual memoir because it’s a deeply personal achievement. Also, as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, I’m able to coach you on breathing and meditation exercises that will nurture what can sometimes become a difficult process of storytelling. Let’s work together to create some literary magic!
Over the course of three months, we flesh out your book in group Zoom meetings.
